AP US History Creative Edit

This animation edit features historical information and images from the AMSCO Advanced Placement United States History, 4th Edition textbook. While the images, information, and song are sourced from public resources, I created all the special effects, including overlays, text effects, transitions, and on-screen animations.

Using the Sapphire plug-in by Boris FX, I added animated text and transitions to enhance the presentation. Learning After Effects took me 5 months, and I utilized this knowledge to create unique transitions and effects for this project. The animation took about 7 hours to complete over a week and was particularly enjoyable due to my passion for video editing movies and shows as a creative hobby.
