Alien in Disguise
Continuing my exploration of different ways to use Autodesk Maya, I ventured into crafting a human model from scratch using Maya's sculpting tools. I began with a sphere mesh for the head, ensuring symmetry by turning it into a hemisphere. Guided by my sketch, I quickly outlined and sculpted the rest of the body, maintaining symmetry throughout.
I then designed the clothes and used the Lambert shading tool to color the skin, eyes, and garments. After exporting the model, I refined it in Adobe Photoshop. Inspired by my exploration of the general theme of space in art, I had the idea to make it an alien disguised as a human, so I added a creepy stance and an eerie background to complete the piece.
